Return Policy

Return & Refund Policy We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Opened skincare/cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. To start a return, please contact us at support@visbeaut.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we will send a return label and instructions. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
