Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

Opened skincare or cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

To start a return, please contact us at visbeaut@gmail.com with your order number.

Once your return is approved, we will send return instructions. Refunds are processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
