Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your return request.

Return Approval

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at visbeaut@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and help provide a suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
